By placing an order on this website or at the Aurélie atelier you agree to these terms. Aurélie Fine Jewellery Private Limited is registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and all sales are governed by Indian law with courts in Jaipur holding jurisdiction.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Prices are re-computed daily against the prevailing gold and silver market rate. When a piece is added to your bag, its quoted price is held for 48 hours — after that, the current rate applies. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; you will be offered a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2 working days. Made-to-order and bridal commissions carry the timeline shown on the product page — typically 4–12 weeks — and begin after a 50% advance. Bespoke commissions are confirmed only after wax-model approval and are exchange-only once cast.
Every shipment is insured for its full value until the moment of delivery, which requires signature and OTP verification. If a package arrives with a broken tamper seal, refuse delivery and contact us immediately — the insurance claim is ours to handle, not yours.
Every gold piece carries a BIS hallmark with HUID. Diamonds above 0.2 ct include an SGL or IGI certificate matched to the piece's serial number; replacements for lost certificates can be issued against the atelier's records.
Complimentary polishing, re-plating, prong inspection and resizing are included for the lifetime of the piece — for the original purchaser and anyone the piece is passed on to. Insured pickup and return within India is arranged by us; international servicing is by arrangement.
All designs, photography and text on this site are the property of Aurélie Fine Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. Our designs are original works; reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
